Rooms larger than 210 sq. ft. (14×15 or larger) count as 2 rooms. Stairs count as 1 room. Service includes closets as part of the room (if empty). Landing areas on stairs are included with stairs. We do not move bedroom fruniture with the exception of small waste baskets and rolling office chairs. We will move living or family room furniture limited to the following, Sofa (we do not move or seperate sectional sofas), loveseat, chairs and small tables with NO breakable or electrical items on them. It is recommended that small items such as kids toys, rugs, clothes, baskets, wires or extension cords and any debris that could damage cleaning equipment like paper clips, hair pins, etc. be picked up prior to appointment. Furniture as described above will be moved upon request at no additional charge. Excessive debris, animal hair, trash, paper, etc. on carpet at time of cleaning may result in additional charges (which we will discuss prior to any service or agreement of service) if you choose to have us clean up the debris prior to the carpet cleaning process.
