How often should I have professional carpet cleaning?

It really depends on your living environment, the size of your family and if you have pets. A family of 5 with two pets may require professional carpet cleaning every 6 months, while a couple with 1 child is likely to require professional carpet cleaning only once per year.

How long does it take to dry?

Drying time depends on three things, volume of air-flow, temperature and humidity outside, and the amount of moisture still left in the carpet. After the carpet cleaning service is complete we will make recommendations based on the weather conditions at time of appointment. Our dry times average between 2 to 6 hours. As we clean the carpet, we also extract the excess water. And we go over the cleaned areas a second time, known as a dry pass, to ensure that as much moisture as possible is extracted from the carpet.

Are there any other fees or charges?

Absolutely not! Beware of carpet cleaning Bait & Switch tactics. We do not charge more for heavily soiled areas and we do not nickel and dime you with fees and service charges.

Are there any chemical odors or fumes?

Our products have no harmful chemical odors, no fumes and leave no residues behind. We use only the safest and most effective products specifically designed for safe and healthy professional carpet cleaning. They dry residue free, ensuring your carpet will stay cleaner longer. Residue not only creates more dust and dirt, but it also creates static on the carpet surface which allows dust and dirt particles to cling creating spots just days after cleaning.
