While our carpet cleaning service is of the highest quality and performed using state of the art truck mounted equipment, there are simply some situations where more specific treatment is necessary.The first step in our pet odor removal treatment process is to perform an inspection visually and with specialized equipment when necessary to determine the contaminated areas of carpet.
Once the areas are identified, we pre-treat the areas with a solution that is specifically designed to break down the bonding and odor structure of pet urine on a molecular level.
After pre-treatment of the areas the carpet is thoroughly cleaned using super heated cleaning solution. This eliminates the odor entirely. By using this method of treatment, we are able to attack the odor source all the way down to the padding, which will help ensure the odor is completely destroyed, not just masked.
